After its initial cancellation earlier, the Log Enterprises Supreme Bleach Sion Hill 10k has been reinstated on the road racing calendar. It’s now set for Sunday, December 15th beginning at 2:00pm.

The route for the event will be a one lap course through the Sion Hill area. It will begin outside G&T Supermarket, at the Sion Hill Intersection. Runners will run towards Cane Garden,
turn left at Wind Breeze
Shop down to Sion Hill Bay,
turn left at the junction
at the bottom of the hill,
towards Roseau, turn
right at Flow, head
towards the main road,
turn left at the junction
onto Casson Hill and
head towards the Sion
Hill Intersection.

Runners in the Under 16 category will run one (1) lap, Under 20 runners will run 2 laps, and runners in the Open category will run 3 laps.

There will be a special half lap race for Primary School aged athletes, which begins on the bridge at the Sion Hill Government School, goes toward the Windward Highway, then left and up Casson Hill to the Sion Hill Intersection.

Cash prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers will be awarded in the sums of EC$ 200, EC$ 150 EC$ 100 in the Primary School category,

• EC$ 200, EC$ 150, EC$ 100 in the U16 category
• EC$ 300, EC$ 200 EC$ 150 in the U20 category
• EC$ 500, EC$ 300, EC$ 200 in the Open category

Registration fees are $2.00 per Primary School athlete, $2.00 per U16 athlete, $5.00 per U20 athlete and $10.00 per Open athlete.
