Regional Kids Athletics Instructors Course
Team Athletics SVG will be holding an Instructors course in the Track & Field grassroots program, “Kids; Athletics”, from August 18th to 20th.
15 participants are drawn from the region, and will be charged with implementing a Kid’s Athletics program in their respective countries, upon completion. The countries are Aruba, The Bahamas, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Kitts/Nevis, St. Vincent & the Grenadines and Trinidad & Tobago.
The course opens on the 18th, at 9 am at the SVG National Olympic Committee headquarters at Villa Point, with the practical sessions being held the Arnos Vale Sports Complex.
The facilitators of the course are Mrs. Kelisha Yorke, SVG’s Kid’s Athletics Country Lead and Mr. Chester Morgan, Technical Director of Team Athletics SVG.
